Representatives of the nine partner organisations – directors, project managers, dancers, choreographers, artists, researchers – met in Berlin for two full days to get to know each other and share experiences. We covered topics ranging from dance festivals to financial reporting, from digital documentation to injury prevention, with some project management advice thrown in.
